What Causes Insomnia

  • Persons from teen ages to old most of them affects by poor sleep and the causes are Stress in their work,for students in their schools on studies and the old age persons gets worry about their sons or daughters futures,so every body gets stress and does not get the required level or sufficient amount of sleep is not possible to them which it one of the causes of insomnia.
  • In children they get more mental stress this is due to their studies which parents and in schools are again and again insisted the children to study and read more most of them does not concentrate on the children’s interest this lead to fear and stress on the children s regarding the studies so they gets difficult in normal sleep which this may leads to insomnia.
  • The food items and the liquid which you drink also may leads to the insomnia causes,such as while you eat the food during the day time will affect your sleep in the night.Like wise the caffeine contained drinks like coffee,tea and some other cool drinks are well known stimulants.For example when you drink coffee in the late afternoon you get difficulty in the good sleep.In people mind most of them thinks wrongly that drink alcohol give good sleep in night,it gives sleep but it stops deep sleep in night and it gives awake in the midnight.In sufficient of sleep and the poor sleep causes of insomnia.Pick the right healthy diet and get good healthy sleep.
  • Becoming aging the old age persons does not get sleep well.But you must get proper rest during the aging because the aged persons both the physical and psychological activities are entirely varied from the teen age peoples.So peoples are in the aged and older do little bit of social activity or some works do get the relaxation for both the mind and body and get good sleep at the night.
  • The psychological causes of insomnia which are the health problems like stress and the anxiety and more like feel of tension,lonely,fear and also the worry.
  • The sleeping environment which doesn’t give you the good and deep sleep.you get disturbed sleep and awake in the midnight.prefer the room which has mostly noise reduced and the light dark room helps to sleep better.Try to get the good environment to sleep better otherwise regularĀ  poor sleep which may leads to insomnia.
  • Depression is also one of the cause which is a mood that gets disturbed based on the feelings that are categorize in to sad,fear and discourage.
  • The physical causes of insomnia are such as the hormonal change in the women which is premenstrual syndrome.And the activities of during the menopause,menstruation and the pregnancy.
  • medical conditions such as the mental disorders,stress disorder and also the chronic pain,breathing activities.
  • The short term insomnia which is is depends on the temporary events or the factors basis work.such as the Adjustment sleep disorder ,Jet lag,Peoples who are works in the shift basis(night shift and morning shifts as well as over time).
