Set up process of home network

Generally the network can be done both the way by using wired and the wireless network,where as now explain about the wired network.

step 1:First of all Log on in your computer as a administrator to get the rights for the computer.

Default click on the start button go to the control panel and you can see the Network and Internet connections if you are in the category view click it and go to the next window and click the Network wizard setup icon.If you set the control panel in the switch to classic view means you can directly see the  Network wizard setup icon you can directly click it.

step 2:By click on the  Network wizard setup icon the window shows with the following information’s are written in the window like

share an internet connection
set up windows firewall
share files and folders
share a printer

Don’t worry about it just click Next button of this window.

step 3:Another windows shows that “Before you continue page” in that window just click Next.

step 4:The  Network wizard informs that your computer has found the disconnected hardware,In this moment you can check the network adapter whether it is connected with the network cable properly.If you connected it correctly ,simple select the check box of Ignore disconnected network hardware.

step 5:This is the important thing to select the option because if your computer connected directly to the modem which the Internet service provider(ISP) has given to you,then click the first option This computer connects directly to the internet option.

step 6:Next option is whether your computer which you connected to a router and then click the second option This computer connects to the Internet through a residential gateway.

step 7:If you get confused or not sure which means just leave the default setting from it.

step 8:After choosing the option correctly click the Next button the select your internet connection window will appears and then click Next.

step 9:In this window the computer requires the computer description and the computer name enter the requirements and then click next button.

step 10:Just enter the WORK GROUP in the name your network window which asks and move by click button Next.

step 11:In this step of network set up wizard asks for the file and printer sharing whether to turn on or turn off just select the Turn Off option and Click Next.

step 12:The Ready to apply network setting page shows the details of computer description and some of the information you previously entered Just click the Button Next.

step 13:The Network setup wizard almost sets up the network connection and shows the You are almost done window in this choose by click the Just finish the Wizard option from the option list and then click next finally the Network setup wizard completion window page shows click on the finish button to set up a home network.

step 14:After all the step by step process for how to set up a home network the system asks that your computer has to reboot for the settings you made has to be effect just click yes and reboot the system the home network is ready.
