1.Open a notepad or wordpad and type the list of web sites that you want to block.

2.Consider the reason what for you block this sites.Whether do you have childrens who are browsing internet and you think that children are to be protected from the adult sites as well as from the vulnerable things.

3.After that open the Internet explorer then click the Tools Menu at the top of the internet explorer bar.

4.From that drop down menu click the content tab and you see the list of various tabs and information.choose and pick the correct one by click the box which is parental controls in that settings you manage the sites that you block and unblock the internet sites.

5.After that in which you are doing actions in parental controls choose the user account by click the user account in the person or childrens that you like to block the sites and unblock sites for the particular user account.

6.Click the box which is under the parental controls and turn on the features for block and unblock.
